Refunds and cancellation
In short
- Try it first: a 30-day trial with 5 seats, free and without a card.
- Yearly plans: a full refund if you ask within 30 days of your first payment.
- Monthly plans: cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for.
- Cancelling never cuts off your gateway traffic.
Try before you buy
Every organisation can use Control Tower Enterprise free for 30 days, with 5 seats and no card. Nothing is charged when the trial ends.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from the customer portal (the link is on the page where you bought, and in your receipts), or by writing to billing@agentcontroltower.app. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for. Then, as with any ended subscription, the Enterprise features stop after a 14-day grace period, and gateway traffic is never affected.
Yearly plans
- First purchase: if you ask within 30 days of your first yearly payment, we refund it in full.
- Renewals: if a yearly renewal went through that you meant to cancel, tell us within 14 days of it and we'll refund it.
- Otherwise: we don't refund the rest of a yearly term.
Monthly plans
You can cancel any time, and your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund part-months.
Changing seats
- Adding seats is charged for the rest of the current period, in proportion to the time left.
- Removing seats takes effect from your next renewal, and the current period isn't refunded.
If it doesn't work as documented
If an Enterprise feature doesn't work materially as documented and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we refund the fees you prepaid for the rest of your term (see section 12 of the terms).
How refunds are paid
Write to billing@agentcontroltower.app with the email you bought with, or your license id (shown on the License page in Control Tower). You can also ask Link's support: purchases are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service, which may also refund a purchase within 60 days in some cases under its own terms. Refunds go back to the original payment method, including the tax charged on the amount refunded. They usually arrive within 5–10 business days. A refunded subscription ends when the refund is made.
Your statutory rights
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you are.
